Creating Your Account |
- After you sign up for an account you will receive an email with a 32 character code.
- Go to this site
- Click the "If you have been assigned a Campus Portal Acivation Key" link

- Type (or copy and paste) the activation key in the spaces provided
- Click Submit

- Create a username by typing in the Username box
- Create your password
(This will be your username and password from this point forward)
- Please use a secure password and do not share it with anyone. People who have your username and password have access to your student's information.

Logging in to Infinite Campus Parent Portal |
- After creating your account you will use this screen to login to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal
- Enter the username and password created above
- Click Login
- In the District Notices area you will find important announcements about the system, such as: how to get an account, when the system will be down for updates, etc.

Checking Student Grades |
- From the top window in the Select A Student menu, select the student you want to view pane under the student name and school, click on Schedule from the links in the left column

Clicking the Schedule link will bring you to the image you see on the right.
- Go to the column of the current term. The term dates are listed under the term.
- If a grade exists in a class, you will see the gradebook icon
next to that class. The course name is the link to the gradebook. Click on the course name.
- The envelope icon
next to the teacher name lets you know that the teacher's email account is active. Click on the teacher name to send an email to the teacher for that class.
Each school in RSU 20 schedules their classes differently and the schedule list can be quite long, depending on the school you are viewing. As a general rule, just go to the term column, scroll down to the class you want and click on it - there is no need to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page for any classes as they just repeat.

The Calendar |
The calendar will list holidays and special school days such as in-service or half days. It also lists student assignments that are due on that day as well as attendance records for the day a student has missed. There are two areas to find the calendar, one is under Family the other is under the student name.
This will list the student assignments and attendance records for all students within the household
This lists only assignments and attendance records for the particular student
The Bell icon on the calendar indicates an attendance event has occured on that day. Clicking on the icon will open the Attendance screen.
The Grade icon on the calendar indicates that there is an active assignment is due on that day. Clicking on the icon will open a summary of the assignment. Grades will be listed if the assignment has been graded by the teacher.
